Home Distributor Prohibited Items

Items that must not be stored or moved

A Home Distributor must refuse these items. Do not accept, store, hand off, or deliver them.

• Weapons, including parts and ammunition
• Illegal goods
• Controlled drugs, including prescription drugs without specific approval
• Tobacco, including vaping products
• Alcohol
• Flammable or explosive materials, including fuel and aerosols
• Hazardous chemicals, including solvents and pesticides
• Recalled products
• Counterfeit goods
• Unsafe products
• Unapproved temperature-sensitive food
• Stolen goods
• Any item prohibited by law, by a carrier policy, or by 51K policy

Reporting, refusal, and escalation

Refuse the item and do not take it into the storage location or vehicle. Tell 51K through the signed-in application or by email, and include the application or assignment reference. Do not try to transport or dispose of dangerous goods yourself.

If people are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then email info@51group.ca. 51K may suspend the related assignment or location while the report is reviewed.
